HIIT IT Fitness Volume 1

These workouts will assist you in burning fat, increasing endurance, and building lean muscle mass, all in a short amount of time and in the comfort of your own home! All you need is a set of dumbbells, a yoga matt, and resistance bands! Now let’s get to work!
What you need:
1 set of dumbbells
1 yoga matt
Resistance booty bands
